This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Ultimia services.
1. Purpose
This AUP protects users, Ultimia systems, and third parties from abuse, unlawful conduct, and security risks.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Services to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- transmit fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or threatening content;
- impersonate any person or entity;
- distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, or malicious code;
- bypass authentication, authorization, usage limits, or payment controls;
- perform unauthorized vulnerability scanning, scraping, bulk extraction, or denial-of-service activity;
- interfere with service availability, performance, or integrity;
- submit personal data without a lawful basis or required notices/consents;
- engage in unlawful discrimination, doxxing, stalking, or targeted harassment.
3. AI and Simulated Expert Features
You must not:
- represent simulated expert outputs as statements made by real individuals;
- use outputs to fabricate endorsements, legal opinions, credentials, or false attribution;
- use outputs to create deceptive deepfakes, identity fraud, or impersonation artifacts;
- use outputs for election manipulation, unlawful influence operations, or coordinated misinformation;
- rely on outputs as sole basis for legal, tax, medical, financial, employment, housing, insurance, or similarly high-impact decisions.
You are responsible for human review and verification of AI outputs.
4. Content and Data Responsibilities
You are responsible for content uploaded, submitted, or generated through your account. You must ensure you have necessary rights, consents, and legal authority for all content and personal data.
5. Security Requirements
You must:
- maintain account credential security;
- use supported authentication safeguards where available;
- promptly notify Ultimia of suspected compromise or abuse;
- avoid sharing accounts contrary to plan terms.
6. Enforcement and Escalation
Ultimia may investigate and take action for suspected violations, including:
- warning and remediation requests;
- temporary feature restrictions;
- removal or disabling of content;
- suspension or termination of access;
- reversal of credits/benefits obtained through abuse;
- reporting to authorities where legally required.
Typical escalation for repeated or severe violations:
- Notice and remediation deadline.
- Temporary suspension or feature lock.
- Termination for uncured, repeated, or severe abuse.
Ultimia may skip intermediate steps for urgent security, legal, or harm-prevention reasons.
7. Appeals
A user may request review of an enforcement action by contacting support@ultimia.com within 14 days of notice. Ultimia may request additional information and will make a final determination.

This AUP supplements the Ultimia Terms and Conditions. If this AUP conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control unless this AUP imposes stricter usage restrictions.

Ultimia may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted in-product or on the website.
